1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the real estate deal registration service provided by dealtrackpro.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Registration and User Obligations

To register a real estate deal on the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Fees and Payment

Registration fees, if any, will be displayed prior to submission. All payments are processed in Swiss Francs (CHF). You agree to pay all applicable fees in a timely manner using the payment methods we accept.

4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our Service. If you are not completely satisfied with a paid registration, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. To initiate a refund, please contact our support team with your order details. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval and will be issued to the original payment method.

Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion for cancellations made after 30 days. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that are fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise manipulative of this policy. All approved refunds will be subject to a processing fee of 5% of the original transaction amount.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and data on the Service are the property of dealtrackpro.com or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, dealtrackpro.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
